Abstract

The organisations have always had a concept of employee retention in the past because they cannot do without their talented employees in the organisations and the traditional retention strategies include good compensation, training and development, leaves etc but the millennium employee is looking at a different set of retention strategies because they are in a much more evolved business environment and in this era new strategies are required for the employees to be motivated in the organisations.
