Abstract
Harmony and serenity are the requirements for advancement in the public eye. Assuming there is confusion in the public arena or some other block of like nature, the general public can't give to the individual, the chance to develop and create to their maximum capacity, henceforth the support of harmony and quietness is an absolute necessity for each general public and country all in all.
